½ cup ESMERALDA COTIJA CHEESE
1 package pre-made sopes
100 grams fried chorizo
1 cooked potato
½ cup refried beans
¼ Romaine lettuce cut in strips
Preparation:
Heat sopes on a griddle, add the selected topping or combine them, cover with lettuce, cheese and cream. Serve.
