Wax peppers stuffed with Oaxaca cheese

Great with grilled steaks at a family barbecue.

Ingredients:
200 grams ESMERALDA Oaxaca cheese
6 wax peppers (banana peppers/chile güero)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 portion fried chorizo
150 grams chopped fried bacon
¼ finely sliced onion

Preparation:
Fry the wax peppers in oil, open and remove seeds. Stuff some with a little onion, chorizo and cheese and others with onion, bacon and cheese. Bake until the cheese melts.
