
Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled JANSK ROQUEFORT BLUE CHEESE
⅓ cup ESMERALDA cream
⅔ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Fry chicken wings until well done on both sides.
Melt butter, add garlic and fry for two minutes. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, broth and Valentina hot sauce and boil for 5 minutes. Add chicken wings and serve with celery.
Mix all the ingredients to make the dressing.
